CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT POLICY* To secure all appointments, a non-refundable deposit will now be required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service and ensures your appointment is reserved. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed. CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY* All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. No-Shows: There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments with communication. If there is no communication and you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. The appointment will also be forfeited and must be rebooked. This policy is in place to protect both your time and mine. NAIL ART POLICY* All nail art inspiration must be communicated directly to me before your appointment via text message or DM. This ensures I have the proper time and materials prepared to bring your vision to life. Please note: Nail art is booked separately from your base service (Full Set, Overlay, or Fill). If nail art is not added at the time of booking, it may not be able to be accommodated during your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and for helping me create your perfect set!
